SUMMARY: On May 16,2007, the Bremerton Arts Commission presented to City Council James
Kelsey as an artist selected to produce artwork to be installed at the Art Morken l.a..w-Ell.[.(Jf~
Building located at 1025 Burwell Street and Council authorized the Commission to negotiate a Scope
of Work and finalize design. The artist's scope of work and contract have been completed and are
being brought forward for City Council approval.
ATTACHMENTS: Contract with James Kelsey for Commissioned Artwork
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The 2007 Budget authorized the Arts Commission
to spend up to $72,088.00. This installation will cost $35,000.00 and there are sufficient funds in the
