SUMMARY: To purchase L.E.D. Dialight components off of the Washington State bid list for
traffic signalized intersections within the City of Bremerton in the amount of$65,133.63 (including
sales tax). These are 2007 budgeted items and will reduce the power consumption by approximately
30%. These include all red and green indications and a completion of pedestrian crossings
(walk/don't walk). Installation is anticipated to be completed by November 1,2007. An additional
$7,000.00 savings will be granted upon installation through PSE Energy Rebate Program.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The cost ofthese components is $65,133.63
(including sales tax). The budgeted amount is $69,796.00. Funds for the purchase ofL.E.D. Dialight
components are in the approved 20 reet Budget 102 Capital Fund.
