SUMMARY: Theresa Ewing has been selected as the Court Services Manager for the Bremerton
Municipal Court. Ms. Ewing currently serves in the North Las Vegas Municipal Court and has
seventeen years experience as a professionaljudicial employee (thirteen years as a supervisor). Her
expertise with municipal courts is extensive and the Court believes it is appropriate to hire Ms. Ewing
above Rate 1 in Pay Band 15. The Court is requesting City Council approval pursuant to BMC
2.50.032(a) to hire Ms. Ewing at Band 15 Rate 3.
