SUMMARY: Resolution No. 2964 passed on June 15,2005 naming the new police headquarters the
'Art Morken Law Enforcement Center' because both the municipal court and police station were
going to be housed at the same location at that time. Co-location did not happen. The City Council
desires to re-name the Art Morken Law Enforcement Center 'The Art Morken Building' because the
Police Department is the sole building occupant.
