between the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Washington mu cipal orporation of Kitsap County,
State of Washington (hereinafter "Grantor") and BREMERTON PARTNERS LLC (hereinafter
"Grantee").
Grantor for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived and/or other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged by Grantor, does by these presents grant,
convey, release and quit claim forever unto Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, all its right, title
and interest in and to that certain sewer easement dated June 7, 1963, and recorded under Kitsap
County Auditor's No. 706760, for the sewer easement over, under and across the real property in
Kitsap County, Washington described as follows:

A STRIP OF LAND BEING FIVE FEET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED CENTERLINE:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT ONE, BLOCK 4, ORIGINAL
TOWN OF BREMERTON; THENCE SOUTH 78040' EAST ON THE SOUTH MARGIN OF
