SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance approves the agreement between the City of Bremerton and
GEM1 LLC providing for reimbursement of capital improvement costs for construction of a pump
station and transmission main in the Bremerton West 580 Zone.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Council Summary; 2) Reimbursement Agreement; and 3) Ordinance
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This agreement allows GEM1 LLC to be
compensated by future users in the West 580 Zone for its $2,871,324.85 investment in water
infrastructure. This approach has allowed the Utility to invest this amount of capital in other needed
projects.
