SUMMARY: The current provisions of Chapter 9.48 of the Bremerton Municipal Code do not
provide procedures for permitting and approval of public displays of fireworks. The proposed
ordinance amends Chapter 9.48 of the Bremerton Municipal Code to provide for permitting and
approval of public displays of fireworks.
