SUMMARY: The City has negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with HDR/FishPro, an
engineering consultant with specific expertise in fish-passable design, to provide engineering services
for the Brentwood Drive Fish Passage Culvert project. The project will replace an existing fish
barrier culvert where Ostrich Bay Creek crosses Brentwood Drive with a fish passable culvert.
HDR/FishPro will provide engineering design, support and related project management, bidding and
construction support.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The amount of the Professional Services
Agreement is not to exceed $36,503.00. The design is funded by rates. The project is included in the
2007 budget.
