SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton and Kitsap County have previously amended the Interlocal
Agreement to incorporate additional work into the SR304 Transportation Improvement (TIP) Project,
Navy Yard Highway Phase. These improvements include replacing the existing County sanitary
sewer line and upgrades to the proposed storm system. Costs associated with these work items were
higher than originally estimated, and as such, the amendments need to be revised to reflect the new
costs for the work.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): ILA revision to amendments #3 and #4 and are
fully reimbursed by Kitsap County to the City (approximate total cost $735,984).

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to Approve Interlocal Agreement Amendments G and H

and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the amendments with substantially the same terms
and conditions as presented.
