SUMMARY: The Bremerton Partners LLC is presently constructing the 400 Condominiums on the
waterfront in Bremerton. There is one easement across the development site. It is proposed that the
City release this sewer easement so the title may be cleared for the development and sale of the
condominiums. The easement is recorded in the Kitsap County Assessor's Office as A.F. 706760.
