SUMMARY: Pursuant to Chapter 19.27 RCW, the 2006 edition of the International Fire
Code, as adopted by the State of Washington, applies to all cities, including the City of
Bremerton, effective July 1,2007. The proposed ordinance amends the Bremerton
Municipal Code to adopt the 2006 International Fire Code with local amendments.
