SUMMARY: The City has received an offer of$3~~5;ZO for the purchase of twelve (12)
properties which are adjacent to property currently owned by Buzz Holmes. The properties were
purchased as part of the SR 304 T.I.P.-Navy Yard Highway and will be surplus once the project is
completed. Physical occupation of the parcels will be delayed until substantial completion of the
proj ecL

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Proceeds from the sale of these properties will be
included into the project funding for the SR 304 T.I.P.-Navy Yard Highway.
