SUMMARY: The proposed memorandum of agreement proposes mitigation and monitoring
measures for the Westpark redevelopment as a result of the concerns raised in the Department of
Archaeology and Historic Preservation's May 23,2007 letter, which concluded that the Westpark site
is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Staff is requesting approval of the agreement
and authorization to enter into the agreement.
