SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Warren Avenue Offramp to Callahan
Drive" were opened on June 5, 2007. The engineer's estimate for construction of the project is
$457,765.26. Three bids were received for this project. Northern Con-Agg, Inc. was the lowest
responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $529,923.05 (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is 95 percent funded by the
Transportation Improvement Board. The remaining 5 percent is included in the 2007 Arterial Street
Fund Budget. The total construction budget is $593,856.
