SUMMARY: The City has received a purchase and sale agreement from Soon H. and Pyong D. An
offering to purchase the former West Precinct Building for $500,100.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The proceeds of the sale ($500,100 less costs of
closing) will be deposited into the contingency reserve fund.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Commercial and Investment Real Estate
Purchase and Sale agreement and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented and further to authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute any and all documents necessary to close the transaction.
