SUMMARY: This amendment adds scope of work and budget to the agreement with URS to
complete additional design and surveying for the SW Bremerton Residential Sewer Construction
project. Additional work is required because the abandoned water main locations were not known at
the time the PSA was executed and because WSDOT requested additional submittals that were not
anticipated for approval of the utility franchise application.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The amount ofthe Professional Services
Agreement is being increased by $186,800 to a total not to exceed $555,289.80. The design is funded
by a Public Works Trust Fund Loan.
