For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration. the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, .
CITY OF BREMERTON~ a Municipal Corporation,
("Grantor" herein), hereby grants, conveys and warrants to PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a
Washington corporation ("Grantee" herein), for the purposes hereinafter set forth, a perpetual easement over, across
and under the following described real property (the "Property" herein) in Kl tsap County,
Washington:
The Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., Kitsap
County, Washington, EXCEPT the North 30 feet.

Except as may be oth'=lrwi~ s",1 forth herein Grantee's rights shall be exercised upon L~at portion of the Property
(the "Right of Way" herein) deS{;ribed as follows:
A 5' x 25' right-of-way exteriding South from the South margin of
6th Street a distance of 25 feet. The approximate locatiori of
said 5' strip shall be in line'with the Southerly extension of the
East margin of Wilbert Avenue.
1. Purpose. Grantee shall have the right to construct, maintain. repair. replace and enlarge guy wires and anchors
over, on and / or under the Right of Way together with all necessary or convenient appurtenances thereto.
2. Access. Grantee shall have the right of access to the Right of Way over and across the Property to enable Grantee
to cx(;rcise its rights hereunder. provided, that Grantee shall compensate Grantor for any damage to the Property caused
'by the t:xercise of said right of access.

with the rights herein granted, provided. that Grantor shall not construct or maintain any building or other structure 011
the Right of Way and Grantor shall do no blasting within 300 feet of Grantee's facilities without Grantee's prior written

Dear Mrs. McCluskey:
puget Power is planning to rebuild our existing facilities
along Wilbert Avenue in Bremerton, in order to maintain
quality service to our customers.
The new design for these facilities indicates a need for
the placement of anchors and guy wires on the City's property
at the end of Wilbert Avenue (Forest Ridge Park). These
are necessary due to the pull of the wires going North on
Wilbert from the corner pole, as shown on the attached sketch.
Please review our request, and any questions you may have
can be directed to Judy Sleasman on 478-7606 in our Bremerton
office.
Upon receipt of the executed original, we will prepare a
check request in the amount of $250.00 as consideration
for the Easement.

The easement is, however, located on Park property.
Neither of us recall anyone paying for an easement in the past.
