The Grantors, TINVAL R. BRINKMAN and MARY R. BRINKMAN, husband
and wife, for and in consideration of waiver of sewer lateral
installation fees and waiver of future sewer connection inspection
fees,
do hereby grant to the City of Bremerton, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, an easement through and
under the fOllowing lands in Kitsap County, State of Washington, to-
wit:
Tract "X", Bement's Water Front Tracts
(unrecorded), particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 478.60 feet north and 896.05
feet east of the southwest corner of Government
Lot 5, Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 1
east, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington; thence
north 40050' east 37.75 feet; thence north 10058'
east 48.39 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing north 10058' east 73.50 feet;
thence north 50050' east 95.09 feet; thence north
27034' east 66.70 feet to the government meander
line; thence along said meander line north 53054'
west 101.50 feet; thence along said meander line
south 73033' west 96.06 feet; thence south 1023'
west 142.16 feet; thence south 37024'30" east
107.18 feet to the true point of beginning;
TOGETHER with second class tide lands adjoining.
Said easement to be restricted to the area under
ordinary high tide, with said easement to be for
the purposes of laying, operating and maintaining
sewer pipes, together with any necessary
appurtenances within said easement.
The Grantee shall have the right to enter upon said premises
and to open up said pipeline, or any part thereof, for the purpose
of maintaining, repairing or renewing the same as occasion may
require. The'surface shall be restored to its present condition or

The granting of this easement shall be binding upon the
executors and assigns of the Grantors.
It is acknowledged by the Grantors and the City of Bremerton
that the Grantors have already paid in full all front footage
charges for sewer lines located upon the previously described real
property.

TINVAL R. BRINKMAN also therein described, and acknowledged to me
that she signed the same as her free and voluntary act and deed and
as the free and voluntary act and deed of the said TINVAL R.
BRINKMAN for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oa th
stated that the power of attorney authorizing the execution of this
instrument has not been revoked and that the said TINVAL R. BRINKMAN
is now living.
