acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of Bremerton, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, the right to
an ingress and egress easement over, across, and through the
following described property, to wit:
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 48, First Addition to Sheridan Park
The Grantee shall have the right to maintain necessary slopes;
remove trees, shrubs, brush, etc., for maintaince purposes.
The granting of this easement shall be binding upon the executors
and assigns of the grantors.
