THE GRANTOR, CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 100-C,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of
Kitsap
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
The South 15 feet of the East three acres of the following: That
portion of Government Lot 2, Section 14, Township 24 N, Range 1 E,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows: BEGINNING
at a point 538.5 feet W of the SE corner of said Government Lot 2;
thence W along the S line thereof 179.5 feet; thence N 600.16 feet;
thence E 179.5 feet to a point N of point of beginning; thence S
600.16 feet to point of beginning; AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed
to the City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, by deed recorded
April 27, 1942 under Auditor's File #358852~ AND EXCEPT the West 70
feet as previously vacated under Ordinance #1463!
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of Ju 1 y, 1986.
