SUMMARY: Staff is requesting approval of the purchase and sale agreement with United
Association Local 26 Building Association to purchase the "Plumber's and Steam Fitter's Union
property", which is adjacent to Evergreen Park for expansion of the park.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The purchase price of the property is $240,000,

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement with
Earnest Money Provision between the City of Bremerton and United Association Local 26 Building
Association and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same
terms and conditions and to execute any and all documents necessary to close the transaction.
