SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton is purchasing 15 software licenses to equip mobile computers in
police vehicles to connect with the Intergraph Law Enforcement Automated Data System (I/LEADS),
an application used for officer reporting. Intergraph is the vendor that provides the computer aided
dispatch (CAD) for CenCom and the incident reporting system for all the law enforcement agencies in
Kitsap County. Kitsap County Applications Services is the seller/provider and 24 Bremerton police
vehicles will have the program.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $32,202.60 will be charged against the funds
provided under the COPS MORE 2002 federal technology grant. These expenditures are included in
the adopted 2006 budget, but were not expended and require approval to roll forward to 2007.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve and ratify the Intergraph license puchase for
$32,202.60 from Kitsap County Applications Services and amend the 2007 budget to include
expenditures and related grant revenue sources for this amount which was previously approved in the
2006 budget, but was not completed by year end 2006.
