SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton's Pollution and Remediation Legal Liability Insurance was last
written with a three-year policy term in May, 2004. That coverage expires May 16,2007. The
current insurer will renew that coverage for a three-year term with a premium of$60,042.50, an
increase of 9% over the last three years. The quoted coverage is for a $1 million limit with a
$100,000 deductible.
