(WWTP) is located in the vicinity of the Property. Buyer is aware, and
acknowledges, that the past operations of the WWTP resulted in lawsuits
filed by neighbors living on properties on or near the the subject
property. Buyer, it's successors and assigns, hereby waives and
releases the City, it's employees, agents and contractors or others
acting in the lawful operation of the WWTP, Collection System and
Utility; from any claims, damages or liability of any nature arising
from said operations, whether said claims are for actions in the past
or occurring in the future.
