SUMMARY: The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt Ordinance
No.5ooB amending BMC S 17.04.040 and several sections of the Zoning Code, BMC Title 20
including definitions, outright allowed uses for several zones, development standards for several
zones, accessory dwelling unit requirements, fencing requirements, landscaping requirements, and
sign standards.
