SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton and WSDOT seek additional work for incorporation into the
SR 304 Transportation Improvement Project (TIP), Navy Yard Highway Phase. This work consists of
incorporating additional paving area at the SR304/SR 3 interchange, which would be outside of the
current project limits.

Agreement with WSDOT
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The approximate cost for the additional work is
$63,300 and will be fully reimbursed by WSDOT.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve State Participating Agreement No. GCA 5178 with
the Washington State Department of Transportation and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the necessary contract documents for the agreement in substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
