SUMMARY: As part of the redevelopment of the former City Hall properties, the City has initiated
the vacation of portions of the alley to allow better use of the site. The City Council is requested to
establish a hearing date of May 16, 2007, to consider the proposed vacation. In accordance with
BMC 11.20.080( d), no compensation is required.
