SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a Public Works Trust Fund Loan in the amount of
$3,000,000 to partially fund the construction of the upgrades to the City's Wastewater Treatment
Plant. The upgrades will improve reliability of the plant and provide redundancy in critical
components of the treatment processes.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is included in the Capital
Improvement Plan and in the 2007 Budget.
