SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a Public Works Trust Fund Loan in the amount of
$675,000 for design and construction of an upgrade to Pump Station CWl. The proposed upgrade
will increase the capacity of the pump station to reduce combined sewer overflows in basins 9, 10,
and 11 of the Anderson Cove Basin, in compliance with state law.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is included in the Capital
Improvement Plan and in the 2007 Budget.
