Roll called and all councilmen and City Atty present. ..
Motion by Carter and Foss That further consideration of Wasnington street BE
sewer be laid over until next meeting of CouncilJand that Engineer be
instructed to prepare plans for sewer in alley; Carried.
Engineer Berry stated that in drawing plans for taking. care of the sewage
and storm water he had given the City the benefit of hlS training and
experience as an Engineer and if further plans were necessary he wished
the GOUlle!1 to direct just how they wished the work done and on the

Hr Br1Tan reported that 'Mr Elwell of the Olympic Power company would be in
the ci ty next Vleel~ and had agreed to see the Mayor before proceeding
further in any negotations with Bremerton Electric Company.
