Reading of report from superintendent Thompson showing cemetary receipts for July t 18.00 and accompanied by check forXKKI the amount. ' Referred to the finance corom. Communication from the state tax commission calling attention to the fact tha that the estimated and tax levy for the ensueing year must be made by the XXK first monday in september. Referred to the finance committee. Secong reading of the gas franchise as mnended by the franchise co~~ittee.
