Move to approve the settlement proposal in the matter of the
Bankruptcy of Safety-Kleen Corp., et aI., U.S. Bankruptcy Court,
District of Delaware Cause No. 00-2303 (PJW) in the amount of
$25,000.00, to be paid to the City of Bremerton, and authorize the
City Attorney to finalize the settlement.
