SUMMARY: The current provisions of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to lodging taxes are
incomplete and out of date. The proposed ordinance adds a chapter to the Bremerton Municipal Code
relating to the lodging tax advisory committee, providing for terms for membership on the committee
and providing for duties of the committee relating to the administration of lodging taxes. The
ordinance also updates provisions relating to the lodging tax fund.
