SUMMARY: The City contracts with Scott Alexander and Daryl Matheny for professional services
at Gold Mountain Golf Complex. The parties are negotiating a new agreement and request an
extension of the current agreement to June 31, 2007, with an option to extend the agreement for two
additional three month extensions subject to approval by the Parks and Recreation Director and the
Finance Director.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The maximum impact for the proposed
amendment will not exceed $36,726 in 2007.
