RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving the New Hope Final Plat and
Planned Unit Development (File No. BP06-00190).
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2004 the City Council passed Resolution No. 2948
granting preliminary approval to New Hope to divide 2.69 acres into 18 lots; and
WHEREAS, all conditions set forth in the preliminary approval have been met
and final plat and planned unit development approval is requested; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The final plat for New Hope is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar.
SECTION 3. Severabilitv. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or sentence
of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
