SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve the New Hope Final Plat and Planned
Unit Development (PUD). The City Council adopted resolution number 2948 on December 8, 2004
granting Preliminary Plat and PUD approval to divide 2.69 acres into 18 lots on the north side of
Arsenal Way, located approximately 200 feet east of Marion Avenue. The applicant has met all ofthe
conditions of the Preliminary Plat and PUD and therefore the City Engineer and Community
Development Director are recommending approval of the Final Plat and PUD.
