SUMMARY: Staff is entering into a new Professional Services Agreement with Merchant Patrol
Security Services, Inc. for two (2) years, from 04-01-07 to 03-31-09, for Security Services and Access
control at the City Parking Garage, Harborside Parking facility / Conference Center, Bremerton
Library and the Municipal Courts building. Compensation is $70,846.44, annually.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are budgeted in the amount of $64, 167.00
from the Parking system fund 105 and in the amount of $6,679.44 from the General Facilities fund 49.
