SUMMARY: City Council passed Ordinance No. 4997 annexing certain property to the City of
Bremerton and establishing the effective date of the annexation as February 1,2007. The annexed
property is adjacent to City Council District 1. The proposed ordinance assigns the annexed property
to City Council District 1.
