SUMMARY: The Resolution commences negotiations with Kitsap County to create an interlocal
agreement regarding the annexation of unincorporated lands known as Navy Yard City in the West
Bremerton area. Through the 'Island Interlocal' annexation method a City may annex territory having
60% or more contiguity to City limits after an interlocal agreement has been executed with the
County.
