the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Washington municipa corporatIon of Kltsap County, State of
Washington (hereinafter "Grantor") and KITSAP COUNTY CONSOLIDATED HOUSING
AUTHORITY (hereinafter "Grantee").
Grantor for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived and/or other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, does by these presents grant,
.convey, release and quit claim forever unto Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, all its right, title
and interest in and to those certain sewer easements recorded under Kitsap County Auditor's Nos.
488702, 488703, 476932, and 476933 over, under and across the real property in Kitsap County,
Washington described as follows:
Parcels 1 through 4, inclusive, Boundary Line Adjustment recorded under
Auditor's File No. 200412010303 and delineated in survey recorded in Volume 62
of Surveys, Page 141, being a portion of Lots 1 through 19, Block 3, Town of
Bremerton, according to pbts recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 30 and portion
