SUMMARY: In October 2006 the City Council approved the creation of the five member Design
Review Board. It is recommended the following citizens be appointed to that board: John P. Ales,
David L. Dinkuhn, Lea Duffy, Kirk A. Leaf, and Abbey M. Salmans.
