Such other directly related work products as may be provided by the City, which have been completed and certified by other professional engineers or land surveyors. 4. The City has completed the SEPA process and has received a Determination of Non- significance for all three components of this project. 5. A surface water Technical Information Report (TLR) is not included in the scope of work. We understand a TlR is not required by the City of Bremerton for these projects. URS will include storm water provisions in the pump station design as per the City of Bremerton's direction. URS shall prepare Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control (TESC) drawings and specifications for Pump Station 2A and the Transmission Line. 6. Construction staking and surveying will be provided by the City. 7. Special inspections including but not limited to geotechnical testing, soils compaction, concrete and asphalt testing, and structural testing including weld inspections are not included in this proposal. 8. This Scope does not include temporary or permanent easement descriptions or acquisitions. 9. URS shall prepare separate project manuals for Pump Station 2A and the Transmission Main Projects. The City of Bremerton shall provide Divisions 0 and 1 information including necessary documents, standard forms, and special provisions for bidding purposes. 10. Existing transmission main plan/profile drawings from Pump Station 2A to the proposed West 580 reservoir will be used in the Pre-Design Report. The drawings will come from the KCM draft final Pre-Design Report, KCM's Transmission Main drawing file and Apex Engineering's plan/profile's for the Corporate Campus Parkway transmission main installation. City of Bremedon Page 9 West 580 Pressure Zone - Scope of Services November 24 2003 11. Water demand to the West 580 Pressure Zone will be supplied by the City of Port Orchard during the initial zone development. Pump Station 2A will only provide supplemental water (350 gpm) to the City of Port Orchard. 12. The meters at the intertie will be a radio read meter and not part of a SCADA system. 4.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE The design schedule for water improvements in the West 580 Pressure Zone is presented below.
