Dear Horton:
This letter signifies engagement by the City of Bremerton to Hainline & Associates to
assist the City with the current litigation between the City and Pape & Sons Construction,
Inc., on the Warr;n A-,~cnuc h,,v,~vc,,--,~,,t~ proj~q~/
After completing a preliminary and cursory review of available documents, we believe
that it will take between 325 and 400 manhours. Our average hourly rate is
$140.00/hour, which would equate to a budget of $45,500 to $56,000.
The above noted budget would enable us to testify at deposition and be prepared for trial.
Time that you would require us to be available at trial and to testify is not included in this
estimate of cost.
