For the rates at which preprint advertising is distributed under this agreement, the advertiser contracts to purchase, and The SUN
agrees to distribute in The SUN and/or The SUN Neighbors (as specified by the advertiser), preprints which are in accordance with
preprint shipping and specification requirements as described within the aforementioned rate card, for a period of
months from the effective date, on the following basis

O A full-run insertion is defined as a full or complete distribution of the current circulation of The SUN or The SUN Neighbors
O Pieces are defined as the actual number of preprints distributed through paid circulation or alternate delivery.
~ Each tull-run Neighbors preprint insertion is credited towards both SUN and The SUN Neighbors frequency volume agreements.
