AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Chapter 39.34 ROW and to other provisions of the
law, City of Bellevue, Washington, hereinafter called "The City"
and the following named municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, City of Bremerton, hereinafter called "the political
subdivision", hereby agree to cooperative governmental purchas-
ing upon the following terms and conditions.
(1) The City in contracting for the purchase of goods,
services and/or equipment for the City of Bremerton agrees to
extend said contracts to other politlcal subdivision herein
named to the extent permitted by law, and agreed upon by the
parties.
(2) The political subdivision accepts responsibility for
compliance with any additional or varying laws and regulations
governing purchases by or on behalf of the political subdivision
in question. A purchase by a political subdivision shall be
effected by a purchase order from the political subdivision,
directed to the vendor or other party contracting to furnish
goods or services to The City.
(3) The city accepts no responsibility for the performance
of any purchasing contract by the vendor, and The City accepts no
responsibility for payment of the purchase price by the political
subdivision.
(4) The political subdivision reserves the right to con-
tract independently for the purchase of any goods or services,
with or without notice to The City.
(5) The City reserves the right to exclude the undersigned
political subdivision, or any class containing the undersigned
political subdivision, or political subdivisions in general, from
any particular purchasing contract, with or without notice to the
political subdivision.
(6) This Agreement shall continue in force until cancelled
by either party, which cancellation may be effected with
or without notice to the other party.
(7) This Agreement covers all City of Bellevue's contracts.
