FUEL AGREEMENT
Kitsap County Fire Chief's Tactical Response Team, herein-
after referred to as TAC-TEAM; Kitsap County Fire District #1,
hereinafter referred to as Dis. #1; Kitsap County Fire District
#7, hereinafter referred to as Dist. #7; Kitsap County Fire Dis-
trict #15, hereinafter referred to as Dist. #15; City of Bremerton,
hereinafter referred to as Bremerton Fire; City of Poulsbo, herein-
after referred to as Poulsbo Fire.
In order to provide prompt and added protection to the
citizens of Kitsap County by providing a Tactical Response Vehicle,
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
I. The TAC-TEAM vehicle shall respond on request from any
Kitsap County agency in accordance with the S.O.P. of
the Tactical Response Team.
II. Conditions may arise whereby diesel fuel is needed to
properly operate said reponse vehicle.
III. The parties named herein are identified as having diesel
storage and are geographically located to facilitate the
refueling of the response vehicle.
IV. Upon request from the TAC-TEAM for fuel, the parties
named herein shall supply fuel and log the appropriate
gallonage on the response vehicles fuel log.
V. In consideration of fuel received, the party dispensing
diesel fuel shall submit a statement to the Secretary/
Treasurer of the Kitsap County Fire Chief's Association
for reimbursement. It is further agreed that reimburse-
ment shall not exceed the cost per gallon to the party,
although that amo~%t may include the actual cost of the
fuel together with any overhead or handling costs.
VI. Any party named herein, wishing to terminate their portion
of this agreement, may do so by submiting a letter to
the Secretary/Treasurer of the Kitsap County Fire Chief's
Association at least 30 days prior to termination.
