SUMMARY: Bremerton's excess liability insurance and excess workers' compensation insurance
will expire February 1, 2007. Risk Management recommendations for replacement coverage are
detailed on the handout provided to City Council members
ATTACHMENTS:
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Sufficient funds have been included in the 2007
Risk Management Fund budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move that the Bremerton City Council authorize the Risk Manager
to purchase excess liability insurance and excess workers' compensation insurance as recommended
by the Risk Manager, to be effective February 1, 2007.
