SUMMARY: The City received a petition for annexation requesting annexation of approxmiately 84
acres in the Tracyton area to the City of Bremerton. All of the requirements for annexation have been
met and staff recommends approval of the annexation under the terms and conditions of the proposed
ordinance setting an effective date of February 1, 2007 for the annexation.
