SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve the Brandywine Final Plat and Planned
Unit Development (PUD). The Council previously took action on this project by passing Resolution
No. 2970 in July, 2005 which granted Preliminary Plat and PUD approval to divide 9.45 acres on Pine
Road, located approximately 200 feet south of Roswell Drive. The applicant has met all of the
conditions of the Preliminary Plat and PUD and therefore the City Engineer and Community
Development Director are recommending approval of the Final Plat and PUD.
