SUMMARY: The City Attorney's Office employs outside legal counsel to assist in the representation
of the City of Bremerton in specialized areas. Scheer & Zehnder, LLP provides legal representation
for the City and its employees. The proposed professional services agreement retains Scheer &
Zehnder LLP to provide legal representation on an as needed basis.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are budgeted in the 2007 budget for Risk
Management and the City Attorney's Office to fulfill the terms of the contract.
